Executive Chef Jared Reeves
Executive Chef Jared Reeves leads the food and beverage team at Fairmont Breakers Long Beach. Jared’s passion for cuisine has been a lifelong pursuit that dates back to childhood afternoons cooking with his grandmother. Jared fell in love with California’s rich terroir when he visited for the first time while mustard flowers were in bloom. He then took on the executive chef role at Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa. Working with the freshest ingredients, Jared focuses on celebrating local producers with contemporary takes on classic dishes. Jared brings his creative flavors and culinary expertise to the newly restored Fairmont Breakers Long Beach.
