At the helm of Fairmont Breakers Long Beach’s food and beverage program is Executive Chef Jared Reeves, whose passion for cuisine began in childhood, cooking alongside his grandmother. His love for California’s rich terroir was cemented during his first visit, captivated by fields of blooming mustard flowers. Previously the Executive Chef at Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa, Jared has built a reputation for elevating classic flavors with contemporary techniques. Committed to celebrating local producers and the freshest ingredients, he brings his creative vision and culinary expertise to the newly restored Fairmont Breakers Long Beach.
Guiding the hotel’s Italian culinary experience at Nettuno is Chef de Cuisine Giuseppe A. Musso, whose journey began in the heart of Emilia Romagna, Italy. Trained at the prestigious Scuola Alberghiera in Castrocaro, Giuseppe honed his skills across Europe, from the storied kitchens of the Negresco Hotel in Nice to the vibrant flavors of Spain.
